Server bans players without giving any warnings, very inactive staff for the most part. Not a good atmosphere for a friendly minecraft game

This servers staff come online to other servers to advertise and be rude. A rather disrespectful way to attempt to gain players if you ask me. http://puu.sh/q2h4H.png

Server seemed okay at first, until I realised there's no way to make money other than voting, the 'factions' is just a glorified towny, turtles can't do ANYTHING but they are not considered banned, they tried to blame me for threatening to ddos when I said that they will lose players, and the community they have is very immature and unfriendly. Please stay away from this form of cancer.
