We have generally lax rules that leave a lot of room for players to enjoy themselves and build to (a majority of) their hearts' content. Max slot limit is 20 to keep the population somewhat limited, but still large enough to keep things interesting. We make a point of keeping staff interference to a minimum, so go out there and have fun!
