Mattersville, 3.1.2 Tekkit, EE enabled, anti-grief

Mattersville is a new tekkit survival server just now opening beta. Come by and check it out. Very few mods are disabled.

We use towny and lwc for grief protection, Bose and Votifier for econ and will be adding a pvparena soon.

Please remember that this is still beta so there may be some perms not configured properly and a few bugs to work out.
