1. Install TechnicPack here:
   http://www.technicpack.net/technic/
2. Click the box in the top left on the arrow and click
   TEKKIT
3. Go To Options and enable
   Always Use Dev Builds Or You can't Connect!
4. Sign in using your minecraft username and password.
5. type in the IP 70.126.152.91
   IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THESE STEPS IT WILL SAY Must Have Forge or some crap.
