Creative worlds include Hyrule: a recreation of the map from Legend of Zelda OoT, and Skyworld: a futuristic-style sky city with no specific criteria for building (i.e. be creative with it).
Survival world is free-for-all with not items disabled, but new players must be given a chance to get started.
