Evolution Servers Tekkit Classic =NEW=

Basic Rules:

• No spamming.
• No use of hacks or modified clients.
• Do not abuse glitches or bugs.
• No duplication of any items.
• Do not advertise another server here.
• No foul language
• Don't build horrific things (Ex: Swastika,Penises.)
• Destroying other peoples homes is not aloud.
• Abuse of unbanned items will get you banned.
• Do not make 1x100 towers
• No racism.
• Do not target someone because you don't like them.

Explosions:

• If your reactor explodes and your house is destroyed, it is your own fault.
• If someone somehow destroys your home with an explosion of any sort it can be reported.

Stealing:(Apply's when using GP)

• Stealing of any sort is frowned upon here. [1st offence is a one day ban]
• Upon your second offence you will be permanently banned.
• Stealing from unprotected homes are not allowed. [Does not apply to expired claims]

Targeting:

• You may not repetitively kill someone because you do not like him/her for some ridiculous reason.
• Ex: Repetitively killing Johnny because he wont let me live with him.
• You will be banned for a day on the first offence.

Teleport killing:

• You may not kill anyone teleporting to you or anyone near you.
• Includes all forms of teleporting.
• Ex: Asking Johnny to TPA to you so you can kill him and steal his items.
• You will be banned for a day on the first offence.

Griefing:

• Building anything like swastikas and other ugly pixel arts are not tolerated.
• Stealing from someones home can be classified as griefing.[See claim rules.]
• Destroying someones home can also be classified as griefing.
• You will be banned for a day on the first offence.

Due to factions being installed there are two different sets of rules regarding claims and protection.

Grief Prevention:(Claims with gold spade)

• Players using GP claims may not steal/raid.
• Players using GP CANNOT be raided.
• You may not be part of a faction.

Factions:

• You may only raid from other factions.
• You are not to raid anyone using GP.
• You cannot use GP to protect your chests.
• Do not destroy someones home when raiding.
• Inviting someone to your faction just to claim their items is not aloud.
• You must have a legitimate reason for removing someone from your faction.
