NEED TO UPDATE FOR 3.1.3 to get neccessary mods
Recently reset the map so need to update to Tekkit 3.1.3

TO UPDATE
before logging in to the tekkit launcher click options and
select manual build selection
in the dropdown box select Tekkit 3.1.3
