Whitelisted Tekkit Lite

Dimensional Doors were disabled before world generation so there are no naturally spawning doors/rifts. However, the mod itself is allowed and pocket dimensions can be created. I'm new to installing plugins and it took me forever just to get a stable server up, but I'm willing to work and learn with new individuals.
