DiscoBuild is a public community that's been running game servers for years, and we try to have a "don't bother us and we won't bother you" attitude. (Of course asking for help is fine!)

As long as you don't mess with anyone else's stuff without permission, you shouldn't worry too much about getting banned. Also, don't ask to be an OP or anything, because you're always going to get the same answer.
