New Tekkit Server, Wanting Help.

Ok, Yes I do know the server is down. It's down for good reasons. Basically I need help. If you know any awesome plugins please tell me. I already have...Factions, Essentials, ChestShop, ?MobArena?, Survival Games, WorldEdit,and a couple more. What I really need is a link to a working version of MobBounty, MobDesguise(The one that you can disguise as a Player...), and
