Gentlemen and ladies,

We strive for a very fun-filled, respectful environment on our server. We assure you that we do not just outright ban anyone that appears to break the rules. That would be foolish to do, wishing to build a community as we do. However, we take the fun of our current members very seriously, and repeat offenders will be dealt with, for the sake of those who have come before them.

To anyone looking to join our server for the first time, if you're looking for a grief-free place to hang, build and adventure, then look no further. I can attest to the friendly and free attitude of the folks here. In just a few days I've stopped visiting any other servers. They have as many items as possible unbanned, and are VERY attentive to questions and needs of those playing.

To those who feel they may have been unfairly banned, please feel free to submit a grievance on our site here: http://macrotekkit.com

We look at every ban appeal within 24 hours. Furthermore, we require every ban to be recorded on our site in the admin area, so we can ensure that everyone is on the same page. Please make sure to be as detailed as possible so we can make sure we have your side of the story.

Lastly, our server was up and down for a bit due to Hurricane Sandra. Please understand that issues like this are outside of our control. Prior to this, we did indeed have some lag, however we have since upgraded our server and have yet to experience any lag of any kind.

If anyone ever has any issues, please make sure to let us know on our forums. We strive to make the best Tekkit server around, but we cannot do that without your help. We appreciate the words, kind and critical, because it helps us to better your experience with our community!
