I want this server to be a successful and long term.

So that players do not have to put up with bad things that many other servers have i.e bad/immature staff, management issues, bias towards some players as well as other things like hackers being unbanned 10 times when they say the limit is 3 bans and making new players alienated by allowing spawn camping.
