At our server, we believe that tekkit serves as a means to an end, not the end itself. Because of this, various extremely automated machines such as quarries, auto builders, and mining turtles are disabled. Equivalent Exchange is also disabled, as we have come to find that the first person to reach the mass fabricator generally will dominate the server, which creates an extreme discrepancy in power and unbalance between factions. Dark and red matter items as well as any armors above Diamond are also disabled for this reason. Nether minerals have been removed due to known bugs, but will likely not be enabled even if the bugs are fixed as it makes the nether too easy to live and strive in, which is not an idea we want to cultivate due to the dangerous nature of the Nether.
