This server is completly clean and never starts lagging.

The statement "very few banned items" is true which is rare on public servers. Guests are welcomed and the rules and server informations are common and simple.

This server is good, not that much people but that can be a good thing since we can create a small community, and interact with each other easily.

Very Great server! It has very few banned items, very friendly staff and a very friendly community. The server has low amounts of lag, a nice ranking system, and is no way pay to win. The rules are strict enough to prevent problems, but there are no rules that are completely useless. Ive had a great time on this server so far, and I intend on playing it much more to come!

The server community is good, lots of fun people to talk to, welcoming community. Server moderation is far below par. Staff thinks it is OK to destroy your base if it's lagging without asking you to fix the problem. This happened to me while I was online, which furthers the problem of no consultation. Staff felt no remorse and offered no apologies or explanations until I blatantly went to them and demanded a response.

Clearly, it shows that they don't care about helping their player base, and ensuring that problems are handled responsibly.
I would NOT recommend this server to anyone. Choose a different server with responsible moderation.

Paid $100 to be bullied by moderators, in between memory leaks and resets every 10 minutes.
[Note - we played on the Beyond 1 and 2 servers, not the Tekkit Legends sub-server specifically. However, the issues we had were with staff who manage all servers, the way they handle bullying (by attacking the victims and reporters), memory leaks across multiple servers, a store where you legally buy nothing, and a system of offering rewards for positive reviews. I strongly believe our experience is relevant to anyone thinking about joining this server]
Most of the Moderators are great, working tirelessly to help players in a friendly way. Some are not.
Some Moderators and Admins will call players idiots and stupid, and accuse players of wasting the Moderator's time because the player asked for help. And if the player reacts, or if anyone questions this or asks if this is appropriate coming from a staff member, these players will be blamed and punished for 'arguing with a moderator.'
I posted an Abuse Report for one such incident. The report was immediately responded to by the EXACT staff member I was reporting, Administrator kaotic. He said he was "entitled" (his word) to call players idiots, that I was just "whinging" and being "delicate" for standing up against bullying, and it was deeply insulting that I posted an Abuse Report at all.
Then the Administrator Jaski stated that kaotic was completely right in everything he did, Jaski saying that he too would have called the player an idiot, and he deserved it for being stupid. Jaski also said he would have banned players who questioned kaotic's behavior or tried to defendethe player being bullied. Jaski said that my and other players questioning if kaotic's behavior voilated the servers own rules of bullying and harassment, was itself 'harassing' kaotic, whose every action was excused because being a moderator is hard. Jaski ended by saying that my posting an Abuse Report at all was insulting both the staff and the server. This was 'liked' by Trial Moderator Solwolf and Moderator Avisogen, before the Abuse Report was marked as 'Resolved'.
This was not the first time I've seen a staff member abusing a player then blaming them for it. Moderator Jijuihin showed exactly the same behavior of being rude to multiple players and accusing them of wasting Moderator time for asking for help. And when this behavior was questioned by one of the victims, everyone accused the victim of being the only one at fault for 'arguing with an admin,' leaving the victim yelling 'I didn't do anything!'
When we asked Jijuihin for help with a bug, one that another moderator had said was a known issue, Jijuihin insisted we were making the issue up. Jijuihin then asked the server at large to tell us we were wrong, and when other players didn't all agree, Jijuihin did the barest minimum required to fix the issue, and told us without prompting 'that's all your getting, I don't know why your saying this is a problem when it isn't.'
The very next day, we found our base had been griefed. This was the first time this happened on the server, occurring in an area protected from normal players, and done in a way that wouldn't leave a mark anti-grief tools could find. This happened the very next day after we 'wasted Jijuihin's time.'
The server rules say that you are to be respectful to others, and that bullying and harassment of any form will not be tolerated and will be taken extremely seriously. They fail to mention that if the bully is a staff member, then their behavior will be excused and defended at all costs, that the victim and anyone who questions it will be blamed and punished, and anyone who reports it will be attacked, all while the admins brag about it on the server. The server rules state that discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated, and swearing should be kept to a minimum because children play on the server. All while admins swear at players and make jokes about being 'triggered' on a regular basis.
Additionally, we paid $100 AUD so we could buy claim blocks and have a village of villager-npcs protected against mobs. According to the server shop this was not a purchase, but a "donation". So when all the villagers died because the mod protecting them suddenly broke, when the server world was reset and all our progress was lost, and when multiple servers became unplayable because memory leaks caused a restart every 10 minutes (not an exaggeration) - then we were entitled to nothing, as we'd never made a purchase, just a "donation."
The server rules say they want to have a family friendly, safe space. Most Moderators and staff follow this and do a great job. Some do not, and as long as these bullies can get away with anything they want with absolutely no consequence, bragging about their power and punishing anyone who disagrees, then the environment is toxic.
If you don't want to be bullied by staff and then told it's your fault, avoid this server at all costs.
P.S. I don't wish to invalidate the experience and opinions of the other players here, whose experiences were hopefully much more positive. But I feel it only fair to point out that the server regularly reminds players that they can get in-game rewards for leaving a review of the server. To get the reward, you must leave a review on every site in a list, then show the reviews to a staff member. The same staff members that consider questioning their behavior an insult to the server.

After playing on this server for only a few hours i found myself truly enjoying my time here. There is little to no lag, the moderators are helpful and active, pluss the communety is nice and not toxic. The in-game economy and ranking system is really engaging and encouraging. There are good plugins preventing duplications and fair play without banning items, which is nice. So far i have been enjoying my time here, and i see myself staying on this for a long time to come.

Ive been playing here for about a day now and I really like how the community is built. The mods are respectful and helpful, which helps to the overall mood of the server. The server is fairly balanced and I think its fun for everybody to play, regardless of how good they are. You dont need to spend really money to get good results. Overall awesome server that I recommend.

This server is amazing. Loads of resources and an easy to advance hierarchy. The more you play, the higher rank you are, simple.

Toastycraft is a pretty solid server, the only tekkit legends server I've actually stuck with.

I liked the mod support, always willing to help even when everyone is being frustrating, the lag is kept to a minimum even on the worse days it's still playable. The economy could use some work but it is still the best i've seen, very great experience overall!

Very very scummy server boosting reviews and offering in game currency for it. There's no people on legends yet the server says there's over 100 on. Super fake and scummy server
