Its a very nice server, the staff try their best to sort out issues between players and issue the correct punishments.

Giving this a neutral since it's simply a response to the below, since it appears to be some spiteful dude that got banned.
1) Restarts every 2 hours to keep it stable and minimize lag.
2) Staff tend to be busy, so they focus on refund tickets before larger problems.
3) They help those in support chat that actually have problems, not people that are unable to wait for their appeals to be delt with.
4) Every person caught duping gets banned.
5) Comparatively, it's few items banned.
6) With a large playerbase, it's impossible to have a heavily modded server lag-free.
7) Every ban is backed up with proof, even then, people can appeal and possibly get it shortened. (Pretty sure you're the guy that had the statistically impossible amount of some endgame item, without the means to obtain them, players never having sold things you bought from them, etc.)
8) Staff refund everything broken by DAP.
9) How could staff be "corrupt"? What, do you bribe them with stuff they could grab out of the creative menu or money they can give themselves?

I played extensively on this server (Over 100 hours to be exact). I have to say this is probably the shortest lived and worst server I have ever been on. I do not say this out of just random context, I had even originally donated $40 in hopes that this server would get better and even reported duping bugs. Here is what is wrong with the server:
- Restarts Every 2 hours
- Over staffed and yet no one can answer a ticket and if they do answer it, it isn't helpful and you still have a problem.
- Staff is rude and doesn't help in the Support chat. (Why is that chat even there?)
- People are duping like crazy.
- Says least amount of banned items, has one of the most amount of banned items.
- Server is laggy, yes very laggy.
- Get banned for duping even if you didn't. There is no block logging or item logging. If they think you duped even when playing a factory modded server, they ban you for it even if you explain to them exactly how you got it.
- They have dap installed, expect to wake up to find machines and storages destroyed by this plugin.
- Staff is corrupted and some of them were dupers themselves.
Over all this server is horrible. Do not waste your time.

This Server Is So Much Fun, Amazing Staff and Economy. Very Addicting Gameplay, I've already spent 24+ Hours Playing.

I really liked the server when i joined the first day (12-5)
i got imeaditly help of red0jack And i appreciated it
the mod even helped me and teleported me to my base back when i forgot to sethome

This is one of the best Tekkit Legends experiences I have had because there are very little banned/restricted items, and little lag.
